Previously, he was the Director of Operations & Wine at Savor Group Shenzhen, where he oversaw a collection of Michelin-starred restaurants, including Ensue, TERRA MADRE, and MESA casa latina. His career also includes leadership roles at prestigious hotels and restaurants such as the Grand Lisboa Palace, Shangri-La Paris, L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon, and the 3 Michelin-starred Caprice at Four Seasons Hong Kong.

The China Wine Competition judges are carefully selected by us and include Master Sommeliers, Top Sommeliers, On-Trade Wine Buyers and Wine Directors of China who all serve or buy wine for their business and are involved in developing wine lists.
